Features of Horizontal Pressure Steam Sterilizer

The control system adopts the PLC,and the man-machine interface adopts the color touch screen of 65 thousand.The whole system has powerful functions and high reliability.

The whole process,including water injection, pulsation (unique to the pulsating vacuum sterilizers), heatima, steril-ization and drying, runs automatically without manual supervision.

MSG.B series The full automatic horizontal pulsating vacuum sterilizer has a built-in high-quality water ring pump,pulsating vacuum for 1-6 times, and the vacuum degree up to -0.09MPa (-0.9Bar),so to ensure the efficient removalof the air in the dressing and the disinfection bags and the gaps between the central control devices, in order toachieve the best vaporous saturation.

MSG.B seriesThe full-automatic horizontal vacuum sterilizer adopts the internal circulation structure.and thewater ring pump does not need the external pipeline, which simplifies the installation requirements.MSG.B series The ful-automatic horizontal vacuum sterilizer has a unique program of pulsating vacuum drying.The residual humidity after drying does not exceed 0.2%.

Safety Protection

The protective device for the heater:The system cuts off the power of the heater automatically and displays the alarm information,when the heater exceeds the set temperature

The alarm device for preventing dry-burning: The anti-dry burning device cuts off the power supply of the heater automatically and displays the alarm information,when the water level is lower than the heating pipe;

The door safety interlocking device (volume 80L):it uses an electronic door lock. The sterilizer can start the working procedure,only when the door is closed in place.The door lock is automatically closed and door can not be opened,when there is pressure in the cavity or the power supply is not turned on;

The door safety interlocking device (The volume> 120L):Only when the door is locked in place can the sterilizer start to work.The door safety interlocking device will be locked and the door can not be opened when there is pressure in the chamber;

The protective device for overtemperature and overpressure:The system alarms,the touch screen displays the alarm information and the program is interrupted automatically,when the temperature and the pressure inside the sterilization chamber exceed the safety range.Then the pressure is released and cooled to protect the articles to be sterilized from being damaged;

The safety valves for automatic pressure relief,when overpressure occurs:The safety valve is opened and the pressure is released,when the pressure in the sterilizing chamber exceeds the set pressure;

The protective measures for the electric power:The design has the protective function for short circuit and leakage to ensure the safety of the equipment and the person.
